"The roadside assistance program is completely worthless and just a gimmick to sell policies. BEEN JERKED AROUND ALL DAY AND STILL NO SERVICE. I've called at least 5 times and was on hold over 40 minutes at one point before being dropped. On the last call they say they have problems finding my policy, although they had no trouble finding it to accept my payment earlier this morning. I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone."

Also, when my mother in law passed away, we received a sympathy card signed by everyone in the office. They have no idea how much that meant to my husband and me.
